- Conduct FBAs and initial assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Analyze data and adjust programming
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
- Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 8-hour BACB supervision training
- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication & time management skills
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Level 2 background clearance
- Bilingual (Spanish) or Medicaid credentialing = a plus
