What Youll Do

As a Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in both acquisitions and asset management, helping drive data-driven investment strategies. Your expertise will support the full investment cycle, from market research and underwriting to financial performance analysis and asset management execution.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, population data, rents, employment stats, and real estate taxes to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
Conduct market rent surveys and assess real estate transactions to inform decision-making.
Prepare detailed investment memorandums with financial projections, return metrics, debt structures, comps, and market insights.
Compare budgeted vs. actual performance and identify optimization strategies.
Assist in managing and executing value-add capital projects in alignment with investment strategies.
Develop compelling investor reports for monthly and quarterly updates.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute deals efficiently.

What You Bring

Strong financial literacy and experience with real estate underwriting.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for market trends and risk assessment.
Experience in commercial real estate, manufactured housing, or Build-to-Rent (preferred).
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate valuation tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced investment environment.
