Job Description:
ELLKAY is seeking a senior product, business, and people leader to drive the next evolution of our Opera Interoperability and Network Portfolio for Healthcare Enterprise Data Management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
BASE | Unify Interoperability and Network product portfolio for growth and scale
GROWTH | Develop and execute the growth strategy around managed and self-service interface management and network access
FUTURE | Explore Automated and Self-Service Models for testing, integration, and deployment
Key Activities:
- Own strategic plan and roadmap for our Network and Interoperability Business
- Hit growth and profitability targets for Network and Interoperability P&L
- Build a world class product team in network management and interoperability to manage SDLC and delivery
- Drive strategic alignment and executive relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners
Qualifications:
- Expertise with QHIN, TEFCA, HL7, FHIR and legacy interop concepts
- Expertise with Strategic Planning, Roadmap Delivery, and Target Attainment
- Expertise with Talent acquisition and leadership Development
- Expertise in portfolio and application rationalization
- Experience with Unit Economic Models and Contribution Margin Delivery
- Experience with P&L and Business Unit Management
- Exposure to AI and agentic data mapping and standardization models
- Exposure to clearinghouse and interchange models
How to Stand Out:
- Prior experience building an Interoperability product, application suite, clearinghouse, and/or HIE with a Health IT vendor, health system or health insurer
- Experience managing Headless and/or API-based products
- Business unit and/or P&L management with track record of success
- Deep or unique experience in one or more customer segments: Lab, Health System, Data, Payer, EMR and/or HealthIT Vendor
- Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, and or Corporate Development experience
