Position Summary: The Install Repair Supervisor plays a vital role in the customer experience journey and leads a team of customer front facing field technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our customer prem fixed wireless and fiber infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
○ Oversee the day-to-day activities of a team of field technicians.
○ Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
○ Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Field Operations:
○ Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
○ Monitor technician performance and productivity.
○ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to technicians.
- Quality Assurance:
○ Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards.
○ Inspect completed work to verify accuracy and compliance.
○ Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Inventory Management:
○ Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
○ Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Customer Service:
○ Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent service.
○ Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Emergency Response:
○ Coordinate with relevant teams to quickly resolve network outages and service interruptions.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- 3+years of experience in telecommunications field service, preferably in a fixed wireless and fiber environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, including fiber optic cables, wireless towers, and associated equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- A self-starter who will conceive of and accept responsibility for projects and see them through to completion; be an individual contributor and contribute as part of a larger team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
