• Management: 1+ years in a lead or managerial role (Service Manager, Lead Tech, etc.).

• Expertise: 5+ years of Residential Plumbing experience.

• Training Skill: A proven ability to teach and improve the technical skills of others.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a strong plus.

• Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
