Job Summary
A highly qualified individual with experience in Shipping and Receiving who understands the effectiveness of the systems and infrastructure required to achieve the department's projects and objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Training & Support
- Continuous knowledge and education on company systems.
- Participates in formal and informal training sessions to gain new skills and knowledge.
- IT Functions
- Responsible for area issues.
- Participate in Team Meetings and Communications.
- Participate in team meetings and communications.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory at locations.
- Respond to internal business partners in a courteous manner; escalate as appropriate.
- Follow up on order alerts.
- Track order status and verify that orders are shipped.
- Tech Support
- Participation in continuous improvement.
- Logical thinker and able to prioritize workload and urgency.
- Strong Customer Service Ethic.
- Essential Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders across all levels.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or two years of experience.
- Ability to work on Windows desktops and laptops.
- High-level knowledge of Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to provide user support.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert-level O365 experience
