Location: Hybrid- On Site in New York, NY 3 days per week, Remote work 2 days per week

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Accountable for the management and development of procurement team members by ensuring employee engagement through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Responsible for executing the allocation strategy based off existing business climate
  • Maintain item minimum/re-order point levels (i.e. Quarterly Inventory review)
  • Generate Purchase Orders for weekly replenishment and as well as special affairs ordering
  • Manage inventory flow from validating factory shipment to confirming outstanding POs
  • Liaise with HQ customer service and Global Merchandising on product visibility, quarterly buying sessions, and novelty introductions
  • Report/disseminate weekly cargo-inbound and/or order status to the Retail Stores and the Edison distribution center.

Main Competencies:

• • Advanced Excel Skills a must
  • Ability to compile data accurately and efficiently
  • Organized and detailed
  • Strong interpersonal skills

3-5 years of experience in luxury retail in Financial Analysis, Planning, and/or Inventory Management preferred.
