FULL TIME MANAGEMENT POSITION OVERSEEING CLEANING OPERATIONS

-commercial cleaning and management very helpful, but not required

Environment Control is a commercial cleaning company owned and operated by Tom & Melody Hanson. We contract with local businesses big and small to clean their offices.

We are looking for someone to join our team in Waukesha, WI as an Area Manager to oversee a portion of our business. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English. In this position you will be accountable for:

1. managing the nightly operations in your area
2. quality control
3. budget management
4. supervise and develop employees

This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and the occasional weekend coverage.

A successful Area Manager has the skills and experience required to help lead and develop growth of our business in the Waukesha/Milwaukee County area in Wisconsin. This position can be physically challenging. It is a "hands on" management position that will require some cleaning, especially when training office cleaners. You will have to lift, pull, push, wipe, bend and walk at a fast pace and will be on your feet for the majority of your time. You will clean at times and regularly train others to clean.

Successful candidates are those with commercial cleaning or related management experience who truly have a customer service mentality with the inner drive to lead people.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English

This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and some weekend coverage is required.

Starting salary is $$55k-$65k/year+ bonuses+ commissions [an additional $1000-5000/year]. based on proven commercial cleaning experience as well as leadership, and management experience. Area Managers also are eligible for significant monthly labor and performance bonuses. We offer benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

The job does require some minimum qualifications:

• Valid Driver License. A company fleet vehicle is provided so, you must have a valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards
• Criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Customer contracts require a willingness to receive all vaccinations, drug testing and annual flu shot which are paid.
