West Coast Regional Operations Manager in Englewood, Colorado at Paradigm Oral Health

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple oral surgery practices within a designated region, ensuring outstanding patient experiences, driving operational excellence, and leading teams to success. This position requires travel within the assigned region.

• Lead & Support Teams: Guide and mentor practice administrators and staff to optimize workflow, patient satisfaction, and productivity.
• Drive Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, implementing strategies for improvement.
• Boost Growth & Profitability: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and operational enhancements while maintaining top-tier patient care.
• Develop & Inspire Talent: Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing, patient-focused team.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain regulatory, industry, and best practice standards for all oral surgery practices.
• Strategize for Success: Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business expansion and growth initiatives within the region.

• 5+ years of dental industry experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven success in multi-site practice management
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and think strategically in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
