• Weekday Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Exam Rooms:

  • Stock and clean exam rooms between cases to ensure they are ready for use

• Safety & Organization:

  • Adhere to hospital standards to keep pets safe and maintain clean, organized treatment and exam areas

• Client Support:

  • Assist Client Services Representatives with collecting payments, transferring calls, filing records, and scanning documents

• Team Assistance:

  • Support Veterinary Assistants and Registered Veterinary Technicians with daily tasks and minor procedures

• Restraint & Setup:

  • Assist in animal restraint for procedures and exams and set up for minor procedures

• Hospital Maintenance:

  • Handle laundry, surgical instruments, surgery packs, and surgery cleanup

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in veterinary medicine is preferred, but a strong passion for learning and growth is equally valued

• Physical Requirements: Properly restrain animals and lift up to 40 pounds when necessary

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support patients, clients, and the veterinary team

• Commitment: Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
