Baker in San Anselmo, California at Comfortsrest Inc

Established in 1986, Comforts is a popular, family-run restaurant, take-out and catering business, located in downtown San Anselmo. We are seeking an experienced baker to join our team!

Summary of job:

Production of all in-house cookies, cakes, breakfast pastries and other baked goods including proper rotation & restocking of dried goods. Maintain an organized and clean workstation, baker freezer and refrigeration. Fulfillment of catering orders. Informing immediate supervisor when stock items are low.

Must have a passion for food, take pride and care in product and have an attention for detail! A minimum of 2 years of production baking experience, with strong fundamental kitchen and baking skill are required. Ability to multi-task in a high-production and kitchen. Able to lift up to 50lb bags of dried goods. Must have a firm understanding of health department standards and sanitation practices. This is a Full-Time position with a 4/10 schedule beginning at 4:00am.
