NMotion Medical Transportation specializes in providing safe and reliable non-emergency transportation for stretchers, wheelchairs, and ambulatory passengers. Job Description

We are seeking reliable and dedicated drivers to join our team in the Madison area. This position offers the opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Shift Details:

Two shifts are available. Typical work hours can range between 4:00 am – 2:00 pm or 10:00 am – 8:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and timely transportation for passengers.

Operate vehicles equipped for stretcher, wheelchair, and ambulatory transport.

Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers using GPS mapping/dispatching apps.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of fleet vehicles.

Qualifications

Required:

Must be 25 years or older (for insurance purposes).

Early morning availability and punctuality.

Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Clean driving record.

Reliable transportation to pick up fleet vehicles.

Own smartphone with GPS capability.

Able to pass a drug test.

Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Availability to work at least two Saturdays per month

Preferred (Not Required):

CPR/First Aid Certification.

Defensive Driving Certification.

Customer Service Experience.

Training

Comprehensive training is provided to ensure all drivers meet company standards and are equipped to provide excellent service.

What We Offer

Competitive Wages: $17 - $25 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and performance.

$1,000 Hiring Bonus:

A one-time bonus of $1,000 is available to new hires after 90 working days of employment and successful completion of the trial period.

Restrictions apply: Employees must maintain a satisfactory performance record, meet attendance requirements, and remain in good standing throughout the trial period to qualify.

Opportunity to transition to full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
