Kitchen Line Cooks or Dishwasher in West Loop, Illinois at Haymarket Brewing Company LLC

Full-time or part-time line cooks.

Minimum 2 years of cooking experience. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and punctual.

Weekend availability is required. Line cooks are responsible for maintaining a station, multi-tasking, quality control, communicating to the rest of the line/team, upkeep of sanitation standards, and cooking the hotline.

Sanitation certification or Food Handler’s certification is required by law.
