Per Diem Driver in Alfred, New York at Alfred University

This driving position consists of shuttling students, and trustees to and from local airports, train stations and bus stops such as Rochester, Elmira, and occasionally Buffalo. Also, may include student field trips, local campus shuttles, and other tasks where a driver is needed.

Salary/Rate: $20.00 per hour; $30 per hour for drivers driving after 1AM

Qualifications:

• Must have at least a class “D” license, with minimal infractions, and submit to a license check
• Must have at least one year of driving experience and be comfortable with up to 14 passengers
• Must have a cellular phone available, and the ability to map and find locations
• Must be comfortable with inner-city traffic situations and maneuverability
