Salary: $38,500 – $56,000 annually

Job Description

Kilter Termite and Pest Control is seeking Licensed Pest Control Inspectors to join our growing team. If you're an energetic, customer-oriented professional looking for stability and advancement opportunities, we want to hear from you.

As a Licensed Termite Technician, you will:

• Perform pest control treatments as outlined in job orders

• Access crawl spaces, attics, and other areas to ensure thorough and effective treatment

• Communicate clearly with customers to set expectations and explain treatment procedur Qualifications

• Valid California Applicator’s License issued by the Structural Pest Control Board (Required)

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)

• 1–3 years of experience in termite or pest control preferred

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability as needed
