| Job Summary | This on-campus position will provide high level executive support to the Title IX Coordinator & Director of Investigations and investigations team. Job duties will include: • Managing calendars for the IEEO Investigation team, scheduling interviews and hearings on behalf of the Investigators and the Title IX Coordinator & Director of Investigations • Compiling, gathering, and providing the Title IX Coordinator & Director of Investigations with appropriate data and information to assist in making sound and effective decisions on projects, initiatives, and responses to administrators, faculty, and staff. • Collaborate with investigation team to facilitate communication related to complaint reviews and accommodation requests including but not limited to, initial outreach to parties, scheduling requests, assisting with drafting closing letters and other documents at the direction of investigator. |
