Supervise and participate in the performance of routine and specialized technical procedures of clinical dosimetry in the Center for Cancer Care. Provide technical assistance in the development of treatment plans for patients undergoing radiation therapy; monitor patients during treatment procedures and ensure proper calibration and quality assurance of therapy units.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in physical or biological sciences. Graduation from an approved dosimetry program with clinical and classroom instruction of nine months duration or longer. Certification in medical dosimetry.

• Certification in medical dosimetry.
