Job Description
Position Description: Overall leadership, influence, and promotion of CDFI focused marketing and communication strategy inside and outside of FSWB, FSWCF, and HelloBello. Responsible for leading strategy to promote products, services, and brand. Effective collaboration with the executive team to lead, influence and promote positive company culture and values, new products, initiatives, mitigate risks, and overall strategic direction. Provide timely, accurate, concise, and relevant information to the Board of Directors at monthly board meetings and upon request. Establish and maintain high standards for product quality and customer service; and high ethical standards in dealing with customers, partners, employees, and the public. Set an example of personal integrity, FSWB values, and ethical business practices. Position Responsibilities: Develop strategic communications to amplify FSWBs role as an CDFI and support its strategic business objectives. Provide strategic communications counsel and, as appropriate, direction to the FSWB CEO and executive team, FSWCF Executive Director and HelloBello CEO. Guarantee uniform delivery of the FSWB, FSWCF and HelloBello brand profiles and core messages across various channels. Work collaboratively with FSWB branches, FSWCF and HelloBello to ensure cohesive messaging and transparent communication of business goals, strategies, and outcomes. Manage website content strategy and administration for FSWB, FSWCF and HelloBello. Lead FSWBs strategic communications team, including but not limited marketing and brand strategy, public relations, issues management and crisis communications, social and digital media, executive communications. Mentor and guide FSWBs marketing and communications personnel. Develop and manage the marketing divisions budget. Ensure collection of marketing-related data in alignment with the organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Employ data and analytics to shape communication strategies and assess their impact. Manage consultant and vendor contracts. Direct digital marketing strategies, encompassing social media, website, email, and mobile platforms. Create and implement comprehensive communications and marketing strategies targeting diverse stakeholder groups across various media outlets. Participate in executive leadership discussions and decision-making processes. Celebrates the success of the team over individual success Upholds values over individual success Works effectively in a team environment Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills all within a sense of urgency Minimum Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS - At least 15 years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations.

Additional Information: BSA Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field; masters degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Demonstrated skill in communications strategy and tactics, including brand building and reputation management.
Capability to provide effective counsel to senior executives and act as a trusted advisor.
Excellent collaborative, coaching, and advising skills.
Advocacy for robust internal communications, recognizing its influence on employee engagement and productivity.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media, and other stakeholders.
Required to talk and hear; frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Ability to stand and sit, reaching with hands and arms; kneeling, crouching. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Depending on location and time of year, extreme high and low temperatures within the building will be experienced.
It is the responsibility of all employees to make all reasonable efforts to identify suspicious cash activity which may be associated with customer attempts to avoid the reporting requirements of the BSA or government or federal tax reporting, as well as potential money laundering resulting from criminal / illegal activities. All suspicious activity, regardless of the amount involved in the transaction, must be reported to a supervisor or Branch Manager for further investigation and possible reporting by the Bank Secrecy Officer to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
No director, officer, employee, or agent who reports a suspicious transaction under the requirements of the BSA may notify any person involved in the transaction that the transaction has been reported.
Each employee of the bank shall be required to complete Bank Secrecy Act / Suspicious Activity training periodically which is commensurate with the duties of their position.
