Key Responsibilities:

• As the Principal Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and thought leadership to the organization's architecture and planning functions.
• This includes developing and driving the adoption of enterprise-wide architecture standards, guidelines, and practices.
• You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to align architectural strategies with business goals and ensure the organization's technology investments are optimized.
• Additionally, mentoring and guiding junior architects to foster their professional growth and development will also be a key aspect of your role.
• Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the organization's technology infrastructure is robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential to succeed in this role, as you will be the key liaison between multiple teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• For the role of Principal Architect, we are seeking an individual with a strong background in architecture and planning.
• The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• A degree in architecture or a related field is required, with advanced degrees preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the architecture & planning domain.
• Proficiency in design software and a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
