About This Position
SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the department director/supervisors/charge nurse, provides pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical experience required; critical care, PACU, or GI endoscopy experience strongly preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Endoscopy, PACU, phlebotomy, and airway management preferred.
OTHER: Basic computer skills
LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) Preferred: CGRN (Certified Gastroenterology RN)
EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Nursing, Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing
