Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status as a Med Tech, following all safety and regulatory guidelines

- Document resident care activities accurately and timely

- Respond promptly to residents’ needs and concerns, ensuring their comfort and safety

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Assist with activities of daily living and promote a respectful, dignified environment

- Participate in rotating weekend shifts to ensure continuous resident care

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a Med Tech or Caregiver preferred, with a strong understanding of senior care needs

- Ability to pass a Level Two background check and drug screening

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends on a rotating basis

- Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety procedures
