  • Handle phone calls, referrals, and care coordination
  • Support billing workflows and documentation accuracy
  • Maintain inventory and order medical/office supplies
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols
  • Serve as a Spanish–English translator for patients as needed
  • Act as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and partners
  • Support onboarding of new team members and internal coordination

Who You Are

  • You are a compassionate, reliable, and highly adaptable healthcare professional who is deeply committed to delivering excellent care to patients of all ages. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and remain calm, focused, and solutions-oriented when priorities shift.
  • You are motivated by service and driven by impact, particularly in community-based and underserved settings. You approach challenges proactively, bring a growth-oriented mindset to your work, and are committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Colleagues know you as someone who fosters trust, inclusivity, and positivity—showing up consistently as a supportive team player who contributes to both high-quality patient care and a healthy clinic culture.
