Description

Position Purpose

You will provide basic take-off, pricing, and sales support for Sales Engineers of the BI Sales Team.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. • Provide support to Sales Engineer members of the Building Automations Sales Team.
• Assist with compiling bids, reviewing project pricing and sales margins under supervision from senior employees.
• Assist with system selections and pricing with supervision of senior employees.
• Assist with ordering equipment and confirming order acknowledgments with supervision of senior employees.
• Familiarize self with departmental structure, workflow, and relevant software systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 years of collegiate level education focusing on business, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Excellent time management and task prioritization.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC industry.

Physical Requirements

• This position may involve sitting for extended periods, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
• This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
