Job Summary:

The Partner Support Specialist is responsible for system administration tasks that support a full range of partner experiences from onboarding to selling and beyond. This role requires technical acumen, focus, and strong attention to detail for systems administration, developing basic workflows, and recommending and implementing automation and process improvements. Another key aspect of this role is managing direct requests and de-escalating issues for partners and customers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supports programs creation, incentives entry and other assigned requests across internal systems, including product launches and annual program changes.
  • Captures workflows, recommends and develops process improvement and automation to support operations and external partners.
  • Supports the following processes as a member of Contract Admin team:
  • Review, triage and/or resolve incoming cases for various Dealer Admin and Account Acquisition team tasks.
  • Dealer onboarding.
  • Contract and coverage changes or system entry.
  • Tier-1 troubleshooting for contract and system errors.
  • Maintains daily and weekly reports, SOPs, and the issues backlog.
  • Creates and maintains workflow reference documentation for internal processes.
  • Serves as an expert and provides training and support across company systems.
  • Manages requests and inquiries across all channels.
  • Provides responsive dealer support via phone and email, offering training on Paylink, eDealer, and contract workflows.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong technical competency with MS Office tools, ERP and contract systems, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with curiosity and ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented approach to partner interactions.
  • Problem-solving ability and aptitude for troubleshooting technical/data issues.
  • Positive attitude, excellent customer service and team interaction skills.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative operations, warranty/contract processing, data entry, dealership administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in automotive, insurance, commercial trucking, or warranty industries preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Ability to review detailed contract and system data for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs. (files, documents, or office supplies).
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment such as keyboards, scanners, and telephones.
