How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the execution of complex residential and commercial electrical projects with expert-level precision.

• Mentor junior technicians in the field to uphold the high service standards of the Mister Sparky brand.

• Diagnose and resolve advanced electrical malfunctions that require high-level troubleshooting skills.

• Interface directly with customers to provide detailed technical explanations and premium service options.

• Oversee on-site safety protocols to ensure every project meets or exceeds local electrical codes.

• Manage project workflows efficiently to ensure all service calls are completed punctually.

• Utilize the company tech package to provide accurate reporting and documentation of field activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Significant professional experience in electrical service with a focus on leadership and technical mastery.

• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both team members and customers.

• Expert knowledge of residential electrical systems and modern safety requirements.

• Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and high-quality craftsmanship in a field environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks on-site while maintaining a clean and professional workspace.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the electrical trade.

• Completion of a formal trade program or technical certification.

• Experience leading small teams or mentoring apprentices in a service-based setting.
