Description:

Senior Project Manager

Doota Industrial America, a leading electrical/electronic manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of successful project delivery, outstanding leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee and manage project execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and issues, identifying potential obstacles and providing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all project components are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical/electronic manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
