We are seeking Assemblers who are responsible for constructing products or components by following detailed instructions. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to use various tools and equipment to ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to specifications and work instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Report production issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and diagrams
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
