We are looking for a career oriented HVACMaintenance Technician II to join our team at Bayberry Place Townhomes in Columbus, OH.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

Pay of $24.00-$26.00
PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
$100.00 on-call bonus

What We Need from you:

EPA or HVAC Certification required
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
At least 40 hours per week
On-call rotation 1 week every 4 weeks ($100 bonus)
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
