Job Description
Firehouse Subs Crew Member – $500 Hiring Bonus
Reports To: General Manager / Assistant Manager / Shift Leader
Pay: $20–$22.50/hour + tips (typically an extra $2–$5/hour)
About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members to join our crew! As a Crew Member, you’ll help prepare food, take care of guests, and keep the restaurant clean and running smoothly. No previous experience is required—we’ll train you.
What You’ll Do
Prepare sandwiches and food items following our recipes
Greet customers, take orders, and provide great service
Work with your team to keep things running smoothly during busy times
Keep your work area clean, stocked, and organized
Assist with cashiering, cleaning, and other duties as needed
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and responsible
Food Handler Card (required)
Position Highlights
