What You’ll Do
Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately
Work in compliance with GMP and company standards
Quality Assurance
Perform product checks in accordance with SOPs
Measure counts, weights, and dimensions to ensure product meets specifications
Inspect seals, packaging, and print quality for accuracy and defects
Production Support
Pack and stack product accurately according to specifications
Monitor production lines to maintain quality and efficiency
Calculate production rates (bags per minute)
Verify labeling, coding, and product information accuracy
Equipment Operation
Assist with machine setup and changeovers
Perform roll changes and basic machine adjustments
Identify issues, safely stop equipment if needed, and escalate concerns
Perform minor preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements and counts
Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of related experience preferred (or equivalent on-the-job training)
Ability to read and understand English for SOP compliance
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to push/pull up to 75–100 lbs (with equipment assistance)
Frequent reaching, handling, and visual inspection tasks
