About This Position
Therapist (Full-Time) – Make a Real Difference Every Day
Location: Orange & Seminole Counties (Winter Garden, Sanford, Oviedo)
Compensation & Perks
Salary: $48,000 – $56,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $1,250 (after 90 days) Additional $1,250 (after 6 months)

We’re looking for a passionate Therapist who is ready to step into a meaningful role supporting at-risk youth in residential group homes. These are youth who have experienced trauma, instability, and loss—and they need someone who shows up, listens, and helps them rebuild.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy

- Train and support direct care staff
- Coordinate psychiatric and clinical services
- Participate in on-call rotation (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Maintain documentation and Medicaid compliance
-Have availability to be On Call evenings, weekends, holidays
Salary:
- Non-Licensed: $48,000 – $52,000
- Licensed: $53,000 – $56,000

What You Bring
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 2+ years experience (internships count)
- Licensed or license-eligible (LMHC/LMFT supervision available)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
