Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with established protocols
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
- Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing professional development
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
- DEA license required
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care or specialty practice
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare regulations
