As a Home Instead CNA Care Professional (Care Pro), you'll provide non-medical, in-home support to help seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes—where they most want to be.

We speak with seniors every day who are navigating the challenges of aging. They need assistance—and we can't serve them without you.

We currently have part-time positions available with flexible shifts—morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight—ranging from 3 to 12 hours in length.

What You’ll Do Being a Care Pro is more than a job—it’s a calling. Your work may include:

Providing companionship and emotional support

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Medication and appointment reminders

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Supporting those with Alzheimer’s or dementia

Transportation and help with errands

What You’ll Need

• CNA license required for CNA-level compensation (not required for PCA roles)
• Experience preferred but not required—we welcome those who have cared for loved ones!
• A heart for service and a compassionate spirit
• Commitment to treating seniors with honesty, dignity, and respect
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance in your name
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Must be willing to work every other weekend- Saturday and Sunday
