Courier at Goshen Health – Goshen, Indiana

Responsible for driving, transporting, picking up, delivering mail between Goshen Health Goshen Physicians' Offices, Central Billing Office, Goshen Health Hospital and designated ancillary sites. A courier driver picks up and delivers documents, packages and supplies on deadline. Often an independent worker who makes deliveries using own transportation. Courier drivers are at times used for time-sensitive, vital supplies or for those requiring special handling, such as confidential media material, blood or supplies.

Position Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Must have the ability to read English and follow instructions.
• Preferred Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum Experience: Skill in driving car or van in all types of weather. Skill in principles of customer service, scheduling and time management. Ability to work with minimal supervision or organize time well. Knowledge of safe driving and vehicle maintenance practices.
• Certifications Required: Valid driver's license. Must be insurable and bondable.
