Lake Regional Health System is seeking a dedicated, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team to provide personalized, high-quality care. This unit receives a high level of patient satisfaction due to their dedicated and engaged staff.

Our Registered Nurses provide professional nursing care across practice settings and the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The leadership of this unit is energized and employee-centric. Staff are active participants in performance improvement discussions with leadership working as a unit to improve the overall experience. Develops and reassesses a plan of care for each patient (including nursing assessment, establishment of goals, initiating standards of care and outcomes management) based on patient care standards.

An annual influenza vaccination is required.
