Social Media Marketer at Bianchi Motors Inc. – Erie, Pennsylvania

Bianchi Honda is an award-winning, customer-first dealership with a strong local presence. We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Marketer who lives and breathes video content and knows how to turn cars, people, and everyday moments into engaging social media stories.

The Role

This role is all about creating and managing video-first content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for capturing, editing, posting, and optimizing content that showcases our vehicles, promotions, team, and dealership culture.

If you’re comfortable behind the camera and in front of it—and you know what performs on social—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.)
• Film vehicles, walk-arounds, features, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit videos using mobile and/or desktop tools (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Manage daily posting schedules across social platforms
• Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags and trends
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams for content ideas
• Track performance and adjust content strategy based on analytics
• Stay current on social media trends, especially in automotive content

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Comfortable being on camera and directing others
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

Must have computer proficiency

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driving Record

Education:

High school or equivalent

Ability to commute/relocate:

Erie, PA 16509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Qualified candidates should have:

An understanding of social media marketing practices.

Knowledge of Video Editing Software: Capcut or Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Customer service skills.
