About the Role:

The Project Manager in the healthcare sector is responsible for leading and coordinating projects that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes within call center environments. This role requires managing the entire project life cycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Project Manager will develop detailed project plans and schedules, allocate resources effectively, and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, IT, and administrative personnel, is essential to drive project success and address challenges proactively. Ultimately, this position aims to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, enhancing service delivery and patient satisfaction in healthcare call centers across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing projects within the healthcare or call center industry.
  • 5 years call center management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the project life cycle.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in healthcare call center environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards such as HIPAA.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Agile or Lean project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure timely delivery of healthcare call center initiatives.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including healthcare professionals, call center staff, and administrative personnel, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records, to support project transparency and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project administration tasks such as resource allocation, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure efficient project execution throughout the project life cycle.
