HR Generalist (Entry-Level)Company: Earth Systems, LLCParent Company: EnviroTrac LLCEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Arrangement: Remote / HybridReports To: HR LeadershipLocation Requirement: Hybrid / Remote – Must be within day-travel distance of JacksonvillePosition SummaryThe HR Generalist (Entry-Level) supports core human resources operations across a multi-state, multi-location organization. This role provides hands-on support in HR systems, payroll coordination, recruiting administration, and employee service.This position is designed for an early-career HR professional with foundational experience who is systems-comfortable, deadline-driven, and capable of executing HR responsibilities with accuracy, integrity, and ownership.This is a remote position with a required in-person presence in Jacksonville, Florida a minimum of one (1) time per month.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Systems:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HRIS, payroll, and benefits systemsAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and compliance trackingSupport HR audits, reporting, and electronic file managementMaintain strict confidentiality of employee and company informationPayroll & Timekeeping Support:Assist with payroll preparation, time entry review, and data verificationRespond to employee payroll and timekeeping questionsCoordinate with payroll providers and internal teams to resolve discrepanciesRecruiting & Hiring Support:Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communicationsSchedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managersSupport background checks, pre-employment screenings, and new hire documentationEmployee Support & Customer Service:Serve as a first-line HR contact for employee questions related to policies, systems, and processesProvide timely, accurate, and professional responsesEscalate sensitive or complex matters appropriatelyAdministrative & Cross-Functional Support:Support HR projects, policy updates, and process improvementsCoordinate with Operations, Finance, Safety, and other internal teams as neededAssist during peak HR cycles such as onboarding surges, audits, and open enrollmentCore Competencies & Professional ExpectationsThis role requires execution, discipline, and follow-through.
