Warehouse General Labor / Dock Workers – 2nd Shift at humano – TaftVille , Connecticut

**Job Summary:**
Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers for 2nd Shift in Taftville, CT. The starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $25 per hour based on performance and production. This position offers benefits, referral bonuses, and a supportive work environment.

**Shifts:**
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM or until work is complete. Saturdays may be required during peak seasons.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift 35-51 lbs unassisted.
- Willingness to train.
- Prior warehouse or similar labor experience preferred.

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload, receive, load, and pick orders.
- Palletize products and perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals.
