About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead healthcare interior design projects from concept through completion. This role collaborates closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional, high*quality environments that enhance patient experience and support staff workflows.Key Responsibilities

* Lead interior design concepts, planning, and project execution

* Mentor team members and provide design direction

* Oversee material selection and ensure healthcare standards are met

* Coordinate drawings, specifications, and documentation

* Present design solutions and maintain strong client relationships
