About the Role:

The Blending Operator plays a critical role in the production process by accurately mixing raw materials to create high-quality blended products according to specified formulations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in blending or mixing operations.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and batch sheets.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in industrial blending or process operations.
• Experience working with automated blending systems and computerized control panels.

Responsibilities:
