About This Position
Infrastructure Precast, Inc. is an equal opportunity at-will employer seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This full-time position reports directly to the Controller and will be on-site at our Beaver Dam, KY location.
Duties and responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct accordingly
Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper coding and approval
Schedule and issue payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized AP files and records for audits
Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, etc.
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum experience - 2 years in a similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processing
Invoice management and reconciliations
Positive attitude and ability to lead by example in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft and Netsuite.
