Accounts Payable Specialist at Infrastructure Precast Inc – Beaver Dam, Kentucky

Infrastructure Precast, Inc. is an equal opportunity at-will employer seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This full-time position reports directly to the Controller and will be on-site at our Beaver Dam, KY location.

Duties and responsibilities:
 Answer incoming phone calls and direct accordingly
 Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper coding and approval
 Schedule and issue payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer
 Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
 Maintain organized AP files and records for audits
 Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
 Support administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, etc.
 Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
 Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
 Minimum experience - 2 years in a similar role
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
 Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 Experience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processing
 Invoice management and reconciliations
 Positive attitude and ability to lead by example in a team environment
 Proficiency in Microsoft and Netsuite.
