About This Position

Job Description: Performs a variety of secretarial, clerical, receptionist and administrative support services for the Human Resources department.

Shifts Available: M-F 8a-4:30p

Qualifications:

    High school graduate. Proficient in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to operate standard office machines, i.e., FAX, copier, calculator, etc. Excellent customer service skills, telephone etiquette, oral and written communication skills.
Preferred: Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or graduate of a formal vocational education in Secretarial Science. Professional certification (aPHR or PHR)

Experience: One year of previous related experience required. Incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within 3 months.
