- Salary/Pay Rate: $24 to $28 per hour plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.

- Schedule: Monday Friday, Weekends, and Overtime.
- Project Scope: Landscaping / Hardscaping (Residential, Commercial Government or Federal)
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
You will join a young, energetic team as a vital member of our field operations, ensuring environmental compliance and site stability across diverse projects. This role offers the chance to work with late-model equipment and provides a clear pathway for rapid promotion based on your performance and efficiency. You will play a key part in protecting local landscapes while gaining specialized skills in the erosion control industry.
How You Will Make an Impact- Install and maintain critical erosion control devices including silt fences, straw wattles, and blankets to protect job sites.
- Execute site preparation tasks and hydro-mulching applications to ensure successful permanent and temporary seeding.
- Operate and maintain late-model equipment and vehicles to ensure peak operational efficiency and safety.
- Manufacture straw wattles and blankets during off-site periods to maintain inventory for upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with a self-motivated team to meet project deadlines and adapt to evolving on-site requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment by strictly following all safety protocols and utilizing provided safety equipment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or general outdoor labor.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments as required by the business.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and terrain.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to adapt to different projects daily.
- Possession of a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is highly preferred and compensated accordingly.
- Previous experience specifically in erosion control installation or heavy equipment operation.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, high-collaboration environment.
