Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site server role located in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to members and guests through attentive service, accurate order taking, timely delivery of food and drinks, and ensuring guests' satisfaction. You will assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to food safety standards. You will also collaborate closely with team members and management to maintain a polished and professional service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Engage with members by answering menu questions, making recommendations, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and organized service environment, including workstations, service ware, dish areas, and linen stations.
• Prepare and present member checks accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and culinary staff to ensure a premier dining experience.
• Follow direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs and assist service team members as needed.
• Adhere to all club policies and procedures, including uniform standards, hygiene, timekeeping, and food safety practices.
• Uphold the reputation and standards of the Club at all times.
• Follow HACCP food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional appearance and commitment to high hospitality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively and receive constructive feedback in a team environment.
