What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers through a consultative buying experience across new, used, and commercial vehicles
  • Build long-term relationships and generate repeat/referral business
  • Stay sharp on product knowledge, financing options, and market trends
  • Collaborate with sales managers and support departments to close deals efficiently
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
Requirements:

Top candidates will have:

  • Proven success in automotive sales or a strong track record in sales (B2B, retail, real estate, finance, hospitality, etc.)
  • A consultative, relationship-first sales approach
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed goals
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
