Patron Services Attendant (Seasonal) at Delaware Park Casino & Racing – Wilmington, Delaware

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting guests in designated areas within Patron Services.
• Provides guests with programs and information as needed.
• Responsible for accurate accounting of receipts for sales of programs and related journals.
• Responsible for picking up and distributing programs, Racing forms, and harness eye.
• Accurately completes reports for accounting purposes.
• Promotes guest safety within respective areas.
• Responsible for maintaining guest safety when horses are entering & exiting the Paddock area.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service and public relations.
• Must be knowledgeable of Thoroughbred Racing Industry.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
