Position Summary
The Construction Laborer plays a key role in supporting concrete operations, assisting with site preparation, pouring, and finishing work. This position works closely with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including grading, forming, and material staging
• Support the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with crew members and supervisors

Qualifications

• No experience required—willing to train
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This position is considered a physically active role and may require the ability to:

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wind
• Perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
