Warde Senior Living in Windham, NH is seeking a compassionate, dependable nurses to join our dedicated team.

Warde includes a 36-bed senior residential community and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility, providing short-term rehab and long-term care. We’re a close-knit community where residents are truly known and staff are respected.

RN Salary Range - $40.00 – $50.25/hr. (based on experience & shift)

Shift Differentials;

· 2nd Shift: +$2 weekdays / +$3 weekends

· 3rd Shift: +$2 weekdays / +$3.50 weekends

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
  • Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
  • Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
