Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions

- Prepare and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy

- Monitor security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation

- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area during shift

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night audit preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Basic proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus
